2. The blog of unnecessary apostrophe's, i.e. "apostrophe abuse."

I use quotation marks when using terms like "trading partners" in the context of internatational trade for instance. "Trading partner" is a powerful term implying a partnership of course. Someone made up this term to market absurd trade relationships. Are we partners with our competitors? Hell no! I suggest the more honest and appropiate trading associates. You can quote me on that.
