Dr. Mark J. Perry is a professor of economics and finance in the School of Management at the Flint campus of the University of Michigan. Perry holds two graduate degrees in economics (M.A. and Ph.D.) from George Mason University near Washington, D.C. In addition, he holds an MBA degree in finance from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. In addition to a faculty appointment at the University of Michigan-Flint, Perry is also a visiting scholar at The American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C.

No doubt as far as I'm concerned regarding that inane ethanol program...
Here in the St. Louis area the price of eggs has gone up some 30+% over the last few months...
juandos it is a good thing that "the price of eggs have gone up 30+%" for you "over the last few months."
Now you get to examine the benefits of substitution and eat oatmeal instead of eggs. That way there is no inflation for you and you consume less fat and cholesterol.

Oatmeal?!?!
Well that's good for breakfast but when you need to cook or bake something that needs eggs, I don't think substituting a tablespoon of oatmeal is going to work...
