Dr. Mark J. Perry is a professor of economics and finance in the School of Management at the Flint campus of the University of Michigan. Perry holds two graduate degrees in economics (M.A. and Ph.D.) from George Mason University near Washington, D.C. In addition, he holds an MBA degree in finance from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. In addition to a faculty appointment at the University of Michigan-Flint, Perry is also a visiting scholar at The American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C.

Some people don't understand it's better to promote growth and tax it than to prevent growth and tax it even more.
"We're building an economy that's fair for everyone."
That's what happened in Europe. Yet, even today, some people didn't seem to notice the results.

Ha ha, no kidding. I love Europe, but I'd rather live in a nice American jail than an average Euro apartment.
My girlfriend told me Michigan is shaped like a mitt. Maybe, that why Romney was named Mitt.
