"Plan UK’s campaign, which highlights the plight of the world’s poorest girls, launches a groundbreaking interactive ad on a bus stop in Oxford Street on February 22. Speech seems to be the one commodity that violates economic theories. "Free speech" is now plentiful and costs tens of millions, but truthful speech is rare and often inexpensive.

" .that sounds kind of creepy"

imagine it in use when you walk into a store and the camera "recognizes" you and gives you a sale flyer specially for you.

or the police are looking at a public camera and the actually names of people are appearing on the screen with the images.

the technology already exists - the question is - what are the limits to it's use.

I think you mean sex not gender. Words have a gender, people have sex.

Plan’s Because I am a Girl campaign aims to support four million girls in developing countries to have more choices about what they do with their life...

That figures... Yet another liberal pipe dream but in reality a market test... LOL!
