Speech seems to be the one commodity that violates economic theories. "Free speech" is now plentiful and costs tens of millions, but truthful speech is rare and often inexpensive.

imagine it in use when you walk into a store and the camera "recognizes" you and gives you a sale flyer specially for you.
or the police are looking at a public camera and the actually names of people are appearing on the screen with the images.
the technology already exists - the question is - what are the limits to it's use.
