Dr. Mark J. Perry is a professor of economics and finance in the School of Management at the Flint campus of the University of Michigan. Perry holds two graduate degrees in economics (M.A. and Ph.D.) from George Mason University near Washington, D.C. In addition, he holds an MBA degree in finance from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. In addition to a faculty appointment at the University of Michigan-Flint, Perry is also a visiting scholar at The American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C.

I like it! Neoprene beer sleeves are ok, but this would do more to keep your hand warm.
Or I suppose I could just wear a glove..
Come now - science has already found a better alternative!
Although it wasn't mentioned, that winning beer cozy probably also provided a better grip than the others. In fact it's possible that after holding it for some time on a hot day, you would have to eat it to get it off your hand.
Those with facial hair might enjoy its no-hands feature.
