2. New York has exported more than 1,200 doctors to Texas since 2003, following medical malpractice reforms in Texas. Since 2003, medical liability rates in New York have increased more than 60 percent while in Texas, they’ve dropped by 54 percent.

Well that is nice. Have we seen the number of medical errors drop? How about the number of deaths from iatrogenic disease? How are the injured patients doing? What percentage of them collect?
Here in the SF Bay Area we have BART our commuter train system. Janitors make $96,000 per year, wages and benefits (I don't know if it includes funding for their retirement).

Cramer has a knack about getting in a bubble near a top and being arrogant enough to think that he can get out before it pops. How many hundreds of millions did he lose in the internet bubble? And how many people took a bath by buying into his recommendations over the years? If there is doubt about the shale gas miracle the fact that Cramer is a big believer should make the alarm bells go off.
