Lemonade Freedom Day: August 20

"Kids have been setting up lemonade stands for as long as there has been lemonade. But in recent years, regulators have started shutting them down. Robert Fernandes, a father of two, has had enough. That’s why he has declared August 20, 2011 to be Lemonade Freedom Day."

There are offically two places in the U.S. where kids can sell lemonade without government controls.
Those young lemonade stand operators have more private sector experience than Obam

These young operators are learning a valuable lesson: that it's very hard to start a small business in the US, so there's no point in even trying. The adult world doesn't want them to benefit themselves by benefiting others.
Adam Smith must be rolling in his grave.
We need to eliminate spending in the tax code for big lemonade and make sure lemonade stand jet owners are paying their fair share.
