Sorry, but did any Carpe Diem readers not get 100%?
That was one of the easier "current events" quizzes I've ever seen. Funny how many people don't know Medicare is the biggest expense (57% answered incorrectly) or that coal generates the most power in the US (60% answered incorrectly).
Depends on where you live and who you hang out with Randall, I could see getting that question wrong. If you aren't surrounded by obese people you may not realize the gravitas of the situation.
Only reason I knew that one is because the Colorado news stations freaked out that we were the healthiest state with "only" 20% obesity, so I figured average must be higher.
You know....it was easy. However, those of us who blew through those questions with ease did better than 98% of the test takers!!!
Nobody knows who the freaking speaker of the house is, for Pete's sake! More people know who Moamar Ghadafi is that who John Boehner is. Women don't know that coal powers electricity production.

I'm so ashamed. I got only 10 of 11. I thought only 10% of us are obese, not 25%.
ReplyDeleteHere's Your Score: You correctly answered 11 out of the 11 possible questions, which means you did better on the quiz than 98% of the general public.
ReplyDeleteToo easy!
11 for 11. In the words of Homer Simpson:

I am a Regular Carpe Diem reader and I got 11 out of 11!
ReplyDeleteI agree that the quiz was a little easier than usual.

You probably shouldn't feel bad. Knowing that exact number has to be the least important piece of information on the entire quiz.

This is pathetic.

ReplyDeleteThat's a crying shame.
