- Name: Mark J. Perry

Dr. Mark J. Perry is a professor of economics and finance in the School of Management at the Flint campus of the University of Michigan. Perry holds two graduate degrees in economics (M.A. and Ph.D.) from George Mason University near Washington, D.C. In addition, he holds an MBA degree in finance from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. In addition to a faculty appointment at the University of Michigan-Flint, Perry is also a visiting scholar at The American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C.

Trouble, Costs, Deaths, Work,
Number of Kids, Taxes, Drugs, etc.
Hey, its not the lawyers, its the laws! So, blame your representatives and get new ones that will fix it, not the lawyers that are just making a living based on the existing system, like everyone else.
Good point, Marko, except that in many cases lawyers are writing the laws because they are such a predominant group withing the legislative bodies.
We took our kids to Switzerland this past summer for vacation. Went to a playground. Teeter totters! They'd never seen them before. Big fun. How we knew we were thousands of miles away from USA tort lawyers. dave.s.
