I would have appreciated a picture of Zach Morris and his rather large phone more, but I can deal.
If you need to pay a certain % of your salary on using mobile phone per month, what percentage are you willing to pay?
To answer your question: as close to zero as possible. I can never spend money on a phone when many providers give them away for free. Of course I am in the minority there. My buddy just bought an iPhone for $300, my phone was $0. He called me yesterday and I heard him perfectly...

Also, at 10K per year dont you get a decent amount from the EITC, like 200/month? Again, I dont know the specifics.
I'm willing to pay one-half of one percent on using mobile phone per month.
So I have a cheap pre-paid phone that costs $5 per month.
The only drawbacks...how does one see the #'s (the joys of middle aged sight!) or press the buttons let alone find such an itty bitty phone in your purse. Chances are the vibrate feature ain't much fun either.

Depends on where the holster is located....
