Howard Stern on the XM-Siruis Merger
Satellite radio talk show star cites 'gangsterism,' 'communism' for holding up the XM-Sirius merger.
I don’t care if God becomes a Democrat.’ I said, ‘I backed Hillary Clinton, I backed Al Gore, I backed John Kerry. I am done with them.’”

Even the STUPIDS can make a lot of money if they have a schtick that appeals to others...

juandos, I recommend you go rent the movie Private Parts.
Stern's schtick is much more a product of being smart and independent.
I've never given either his TV show or his radio show much of my time, but after Private Parts I do grant a measure of respect.
I will grant he is crass and works towards lowbrow and prurient tastes, but he's far from stupid.
I don't say that, after seeing it, you will either approve of his humor or even particularly like it, but you will see that just because it does not appeal to intellect, does not mean its source is inherently stupid, any more than the writers of Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure are stupid for the quality of its protagonists.

Sadly I wasted ninty minutes of my life that'll I never get back watching that cinematic masterpiece of crap...
But hey! If Stern can make his audience at least to start thinking critically then I say go for it Howie!
One wonders why...
Afterall, this merger is a major threat to his compensation package. Afterall, it was the competition between the two companies which drove up artist compensation packages to the point of bankrupting the companies.
