It would be a great way to screen potential boyfriends/girlfriends.

sigh... I think it's just a matter of time till people want a 3d model of their colonoscopy... and I'm sure for the right price, someone will do it for them.
Katie Couric, among others, has thoughtfully provided us with a guided tour of her colon, but sadly, it's in 2D. Maybe next time she will enlist the producers of the movie "Avatar" to provide a truly jaw dropping experience in 3D.
I'm not sure how a complete colon could be imaged for input to a 3D printer, but as they say, "where there's a will there's a way."
