Personal property is property from which you can exclude others - a television or clothing, for instance.
Private property is means of production. Property that may be used to generate an income.
In capitalism, there is no such distinction. Everything is simply private property.
Isn't that special?
That aside, I do agree what you said sums up the group very well.
