I don't think it has anything to do with a triumph of lawyers and money over truth. The prosecutors submitted the evidence in court today that she lied during the investigation and has previously lied about being gang raped.
The NY Post is reporting that the DA removed two of his most experienced people when they expressed skepticism almost immediately after hearing the account. Then the DA puts her up in a hotel where she continued to hook. No that doesn't exonerate DSK but nobody would put this victim on the witness stand and his lawyers seem to have little to do with it.
Guess the speculators learned nothing from the Duke lacrosse experience...

I don' think some people appreciate how utterly corrosive to social fabric it is when the wealthy "purchase more justice" than the Average Joe.
