It would cause my home owners association to plotz. Which is a good reason to get one. all the fines and angry letters argue against it though....
This is kinda funny. I've been getting work lately to paint garage doors. I'll take the crappy looking metal doors, repair the damage, and do faux wood painting on them and blend them in to the home. And doing it under the table doesn't hurt either. Well, not me.
I haven't been this excited about a product since the Swatch.
Like BlogDog, I think my home owners association would be sending out nasty-grams and, if necessary, taking people to court to stop it. Also, isn't one of the reasons to have a non-transparent garage door to not allow passers-by the opportunity to "know," or even think they know, what's inside the garage? If a thief thought there was an enhanced probability that a particular garage housed a particularly valuable item, seems to me he/she would to inclined to break-and-enter it before an ordinary garage.
