naw...totally bogus... WHERE are the cigarette and alcohol vending machines?
although they do talk about an ID card.... and thumb-reader.....I think we need to go to iris AND thumb readers with facial recognition software.then each person will have govt-sanctioned "rights".Kids won't have full rights.Felons will be restricted.Illegals will have no rights.etc, etc
