This is a good presentation by Taylor, but much of it is same old, same old--of course, taxes and regulations should be as light as possible. Odd, Taylor never mentions we should wipe out ethanol, or curtail military spending.
Taylor has made amends, however. He has given a good review for a new book by Robert Hetzel, entitled, "The Great Recession: Market Failure or Policy Failure?"
I heartily recommend this book to Dr. Perry and anyone who wants a compelling look into monetary policy.
