It's too bad his debate with Gingrich airs on C-SPAN at 8:00pm tonight. LSU vs. Alabama or Newt vs. Herman ... hmmmm
If Newt debates to win, he will overwhelm Herman with actual substance, but I'll have to read about it tomorrow
I didn't expect Cain to be the nominee anyway; and in any case, he doesn't have nearly the political skills necessary to beat Obama.
But Cain can influence the debate, IMO, for the better.
I am sorry we probably will not see a Herman Cain v. Barack Obama election.
Mitt Romney looks like Ted Danson on "Cheers," the old TV show. Does Mitt Romney color his own hair?
The GOP field is weaker than Tiny Tim strung out on dope with one arm tied behind his back. Liberace could out-campaign this field.
Benjamin,
“The GOP field is weaker than Tiny Tim strung out on dope with one arm tied behind his back”.

Perhaps. But with the R’s in control of both the House and the Senate, Obama’s going to be “dead in the water” during his second term.
It seems, any GOP candidate can beat Obama, given the economy seems to be locked-into a Rolling Depression and Obama doesn't want to move to the center, like Clinton.
Of course, some people believe in the absurd, like Obama is doing a satisfactory job with the economy, or they can calculate the inflation rate better than the BLS with incomplete information at best.
arbitrage:
You may be correct. The real show is at the Fed anyway.
Benjamin, I doubt Romney "colors his own hair" and leaves the grey tufts on the sides. Either it's professionally done or, gasp, natural!
"he doesn't have nearly the political skills necessary to beat Obama"...
Whoa! Mr. Gaff-O-Matic has political skills?!?!
Who knew?!?!
Only 200+ shares are available to purchase this wager...
There is just not enough volume, to justify any abstract reasoning...
