Dr. Mark J. Perry is a professor of economics and finance in the School of Management at the Flint campus of the University of Michigan. Perry holds two graduate degrees in economics (M.A. and Ph.D.) from George Mason University near Washington, D.C. In addition, he holds an MBA degree in finance from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. In addition to a faculty appointment at the University of Michigan-Flint, Perry is also a visiting scholar at The American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C.

They don't make a OSHA fall harness you can wear with a kilt :-) Fall harnesses are required if you work over six feet up.

Who pays for these novelty services? These types of "franchises" come on Shark Tank all the time (good show, btw) and it's always crazy to me the grand expansion plans they have, let alone that anybody even uses them.
Seattle has a great kilt company that has been in town for years called 'Utilikilts', and it has built a local community. It is not at all infrequent while hiking, or at the local summer social events, to see men wearing kilts. (Or even in some offices - remember that this is the northwest after all.)
So this is another Canadian 'also-ran' joining the existing market for kilts, in order to skim off the existing business, and not a new idea.
Pants are for horse riding. Kilts are for comfort. :)
I don't know if he is still there or not - I haven't been on campus in some time - but there used to be a Groundskeeper at UM-Flint (I kid you not, and no...I don't know if his name was Willie) who wore a utility style Kilt similar to the ones referenced by Sprewell above.
Anyone from the clan MacDonald (like my wife) would tell you that those are not proper kilts:
